Limb Preservation and Wound Care
We focus on the prevention of lower limb loss through innovative treatment strategies.
We combine these plans of care with our Nationally recognized research program;
patient education and advanced clinical techniques.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide optimal care for patients at risk for limb loss and those
with life altering chronic wounds of the lower extremity. We realize these goals
by combing superior personalized care with advanced treatment strategies, some of
which are only available through clinical trials.
By using a multidisciplinary team of experts in vascular surgery, podiatry, infectious
disease, prosthetics and compression, we work to speed the recovery of the patient,
and return them to a normal life. Our team is committed to excellence in patient
care, education and clinical research.
Uniquely in the New York environment our extensive clinical research program allows
many of our patients to receive care and treatments not often available at other
locations in the metropolitan area. This program of advanced care helps us maintain
and improve the quality of life for our patients.
