The Division is comprised of five surgeons who are felllowship trained and practicing advanced laparoscopy.

Grace Kim has a primary interest in surgical education and clinical interests in areas of foregut and hernia surgery.

James McGinty is a recognized expert in hernia surgery and materials for tissue reconstruction. He is the Residency Program Director and has a strong clinical interest in hernia and bariatric surgery as well as surgery of the foregut, and colon.

John Harvey is board certified in general surgery and fellowship trained in advanced laparoscopic, bariatric surgery and Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery, Columbia University.

Ninan Koshy has a primary focus and interest in Bariatric surgery

Scott Belsley is Director of Robotics and our Simulation Lab. He is an expert in clinical robotics applications and has interests in Bariatric surgery and surgery of the foregut and colon.
